On January 2, 2010, President Zhang Ningsheng of Xi’An Shi You University had a meeting with COPA members. During this meeting, he gave a speech titled “蓬勃发展的西安石油大学”.

The event was successful and attracted totally 24 people working in oil companies, service companies and etc in North America.
